The assessment form to obtain a report describing you will be presented after you make your payment.

You will be asked to provide your (1) name, (2) gender, (3) email address and (4) the email address to which the report should be emailed.

Additional demographic information is requested but is optional.

Most people complete the assessment in 20 to 30 minutes.

You will be asked to select adjectives that describe you from a list of 300 first “As you are most of the time” and then “As you would like to be.”.
